Welcome to the 2026 Pool Season!
 

The 2026 season will run from Saturday, May 23rd through Monday, September 7th  on the following schedule:
 

Pool hours are Monday - Friday: 

12 pm - 8pm and Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 

11am - 8pm. 

With the following exceptions:

Hours will be weekdays 4pm - 8pm from Tuesday May 26th - Friday June 12th  and from Tuesday, 

August 25th - Friday, September 4th. 

 

Residents and Guests 

Residents and their immediate guests may use the pool this season. Up to 35 people may be in the pool at one time, and up to 50 people may be in the pool area. A lifeguard will be on duty during pool hours.  

 

Accessing the Pool

All Windward Key residents and guests must sign in upon entering the pool area and have in their possession a Windward Key Pool Access Card. 

Children 15 years of age and under MUST BE supervised by an adult 18 years of age or older at all times. 

Guests should be accompanied by a Windward Key resident while in the pool or pool area.

Smoking/Vaping is not permitted in the pool area. 

Children ages 3 & under are required to wear proper swim diapers.

Pool Access Keycards

Access to the pool is by an electronic keycard issued to residents. Each Windward Key residence address is entitled to one access keycard. Keycards issued to residents last year should still work. Pool Toys and Flotation Devices

Pool toys will not be provided; however, pool users may bring their own pool toys and flotation devices but must take those items with them when they depart.  Any items left at the pool are subject to be discarded. 

 

Food/Drink

Food and drink in paper, plastic or metal containers may be consumed in the pool area, but not near the apron of the pool or in the water. 

NO GLASS is permitted in the pool area. This includes bottles in “jackets”.

Owners, renters and their guests are expected to clean up their area and place trash in receptacles.

 

Parties

Over ten (10) guests is considered a Pool Party.

Party Sponsor must be a Resident and notify the Pool Chairperson at least 10 days prior to the scheduled party. 

Pool Parties are limited to less than 25 guests in the pool area. If the party is larger than 25 guests options may be discussed with the Chairperson of the Pool.

Use of the pool is governed by the Windward Key Swimming Pool Rules posted on the Windward Key HOA website.
